Kim Shivler, M.Ed. is a communications strategist, coach, trainer, and instructional design consultant. She helps teams and business owners understand how to use communication to make themselves the hero in their own stories.
In 2019, Kim Shivler celebrates 30 years success in a variety of roles requiring combining technical acumen with communication soft-skills. This work has included teaching technology, developing online software training, technical writing, technical project management, and technical evangelism for Tivoli (an IBM company).
Her specialty is helping technical and non-technical teams work together.

Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and a Master's Degree in Education from The University of Florida. Go Gators!
